A human being isn't a collection of separate symptoms or isolated tasks-we are a complete, integrated whole. I support curious spirits who are looking at the separate pieces of their life's puzzle and trying to figure out why the picture won't come together... well, what if half the board is missing?
I'm passionate about sharing the real, hard-won wisdom gained in life’s tricky liminal spaces: those uncertain moments when the old way isn't working, the new way isn't clear yet, and you need to invent a Door #3.
My core philosophy? To work myself out of a job by guiding you into your own primary experience.
Across three decades in emergency response, higher education, fitness, integrative health, and writing, my love for learning keeps resulting in gaining accidental credentials. Not that these achievements aren't important, but there's only so much wall space to hang stuff! Joking aside, somewhere along the way I started to learn there's a difference between being smart and wise... and the gift of being a bit of a wise ass.
Authenticity may be the buzzword-du-jour, but to me it means shedding the rigid frameworks and old roles that no longer serve us.
Wanna know a secret? Life is freaking magical! But you don't need a guru to interpret it for you. By bridging high-level cognitive strategy with deep somatic knowing and energetic balancing, I hand you the tools to make your own meaning, break through static resistance, and step back into dynamic flow.
